The Regional Human Resource Business Manager (VHRM) is responsible for maintaining close and trusted partnerships with all regional leaders including operations directors and business managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The VHRM supports the HR strategy by measuring operational success through HR metrics, including staffing and turnover. Regularly reviews metrics, analyzes, and identifies trends and will make recommendation for action plans addressing gaps.

Responsibilities listed are not limited to other duties as assigned:

Supports all areas of HR for assigned region including talent and performance management, employee relations and engagement, organizational development, change management, employment law, and effective adoption of organizational initiatives and strategies.

Partners with organizational leaders to conduct employee relations and ethics/integrity investigations.

Collaborates with the Director of Employee Relations to identify training and leadership development needs and implement solutions. Facilitates training sessions on identified topics such as employment law, positive employee relations, leadership development, and team building.

Supports talent management initiatives, including coaching good and poor performance. Advises leaders on coaching to correct process, including disciplinary actions and terminations.

Project manager for various projects as assigned, applying an organizational lens and downstream impacts to all vicariates as well the Pastoral Centers.

Qualifications

Education

Required

Bachelors or better.

Experience

Required

Work in a highly confidential and sensitive information gathering environment.

Gather, evaluate and analyze data to make recommendations.

Thorough knowledge of employment laws such as EEO, ADAAA, FMLA, FLSA, and their application
