This is an important function managing all aspects related to our international legal entities. This function adds value in collaboration and coordination with legal/ corporate housekeeping, Tax, HR, Treasury, and Compliance by establishing global guardrails and harmonized processes for BoD composition/changes, appropriation of net income, financing needs, and legal entity structure & strategy.

Tasks:

• Support and implement a global legal entity structure strategy & governance
• Partnering with global tax, legal, treasury and key business leaders to optimize legal entity structure, ensuring financial health of entities and adherence to local laws & regulations
• Legal entity restructurings and global reduction of legal entities
• Develop and implement a dividend policy in alignment with tax, treasury and legal
• Monitor capitalization of legal entities and assess any financing needs of legal entities; interface to CoE treasury for any financing needs
• Preparation and presentation of steering relevant information in a transparent and understandable way
• Creation of suitable decision materials to best support management decisions

Education:

• MBA
• International experience from studies abroad

Experience:

• 4-8 years of professional experience from Big4, relevant corporations in the area of international finance, project management, investment management
• Outstanding communications kills orally and written.
• International experience

• Strong analytical and goal oriented mindset
• Insights and experience in life science/ healthcare/ medtech preferred
• Languages: English and German
• IT Skills: All relevant MS office applications and analytics tools
