Job Description Summary

The senior technical product manager will be a vital member of the product visualization team, responsible for identification and development of the product offering related to the enterprise imaging visualization portfolio. The product manager works as part of a multi-disciplinary team to make the voice of the customer a reality through product definition, planning, specification, development, V&V and commercialization throughout the product lifecycle. Passion to act as an evangelist for the product with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers/stakeholders in voice of customer requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
  • As the technical product manager, shows increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final product, cloud and on-premise deployment models
  • Routinely collaborates with UX Design and useability team to know customers and understand behaviors.
  • Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.
  • Demonstrates ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion
  • and influencing.
  • Collaborates with program managers to clearly define scope for releases , working closely with engineering team to assist in backlog prioritization
  • Prioritizes continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.
  • Collaborates with other Product Managers to decompose features into consumable user stories.
  • Engages frequently with the development team, facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
  • Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science or other related fields.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience
  • Must be willing to travel if required
