Intuit is seeking an Executive Assistant based out of our New York City office to be a strategic business partner to the Director of Customer Success Business Operations & NYC Site Leader. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing a wide variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing their workload as well as their executive’s workload, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 2+ years of experience with calendar management, and meeting and event planning
  • Highly professional, organized, detail oriented, and adaptable
  • Approachable and polite with a “can do” attitude towards work and requests
  • Self starter who operates independently and anticipates needs
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships and influences others to take action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, tech savvy with experience using a variety of collaboration and productivity tools

Responsibilities

  • Plan and support large events and meetings on-site, off-site, and virtual
  • Manage a busy calendar and complex scheduling in partnership with peers
  • Coordinate purchasing, travel and expenses in adherence with company guidelines
  • Maintain email distribution lists and assist with drafting communications
  • Assist in data gathering and lightweight analysis for business deliverables
  • Build culture and engagement across the team and site
  • Arrange logistics for key visitors to the NYC site
