The Segmentation Analyst for Cytiva is part of the Global Group Market & Commercial Analytics team located in Bangalore and will be Remote in nature. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and communicating insights to the business. The role will stretch across the breadth of our organization and have both global and region-specific coverage – helping drive forward our segmentation programme.
• Running and refining excel based segmentation data models. Excel based analysis linking multiple data points to identify impactful insights and trends in data. Data prep and QC as and when needed to ensure data accuracy
• Multisource synthesis of data and integration using databases/secondary research appropriately, ensuring timely stakeholder engagement and communication
• Blend technical analytics skills along with a strong domain/business understanding to help our marketing & commercial organizations take the right strategic decisions
• Build expertise on the market landscape in the context of the business, through individual learning and regular interactions with the team

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Preferably Master's Degree holder in Biotech/Pharma/Other Life Science disciplines; 5+ years' experience in Pharma/BioPharma/Healthcare industry in Analytics; MBA would be an added advantage
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal & communication skills within a global environment (oral and written)
• Comfortable handling big data in MS-Excel, creative in presentations, pulling together insights from a variety of sources with effective presentation and story boarding skills.
• Problem solver accompanied by strong analytical and process skills, keen attention to detail, be highly organized and methodical
• Exposure to data visualization tools including Qlikview, Power BI and Tableau is a plus

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Understanding the Cell and Gene Therapy/BioProcess/BioPharma market
• Preferably experienced in segmentation work
