Job Summary: The Graphic Design Production Specialist II assists and manages design projects from concept development to final creative deliverables. This individual ensures projects meet the needs of the continuously evolving business areas by developing and implementing an intimate understanding of our brand message and tone in print and digital forms. This role collaborates with senior Multimedia members and contributes to the overall design and production of diverse creative assets. This role works closely with our Communications, Customer Experience, New Hire & Onboarding and Leadership Development teams. 

Essential Responsibilities 

  • Design creative training materials, that support the Customer Experience and Employee Experience independently or in collaboration with Multimedia members. 
  • Ensure projects meet brand standards and effectively communicate key message to target audiences. 
  • Maintain confidential information and professionalism with entrusted company sensitive data. 
  • Collaborate with the Communications, Customer Experience, New Hire & Onboarding and Leadership Development teams to the development and execution of creative assets across various media types—traditional learning materials including but not limited to Training Materials, Workshops, Educational one-pagers, eLearning courses, logos, infographics, corporate presentations, digital and printed event banners, posters, promotional products. 
  • Contribute to projects from conceptual brainstorming to the final design, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision in both digital and print media. 
  • Collaborate regularly with teammates and senior Multimedia members to ensure deadlines and messaging expectations are being met. 
  • Collaborate with Video Production Specialist in the creation of 2D animations, motion graphics and logos. 
  • Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. 
  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. 
  • Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. 
  • Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. 
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations. 

Non-Essential Responsibilities 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design production and integrate technology into the team’s workflow as appropriate. 
  • Contribute ideas for improving team performance and efficiency, often revisiting current processes and workflows with the Multimedia Manager and other Multimedia team members. 
  • Execute company initiatives and other activities requested by manager. 
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. 
  • Provide perspective to projects and enrich the visual storytelling experience. 
  • Participate in additional company initiatives and tasks as requested by supervisors. 
  • Comfortable moving between multiple projects.

  • Contribute ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company. 

Education 

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, visual communication or other related field required 

Professional Experience 

  • 3+ Years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure to a corporate or agency setting required 
  • A portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills and understanding of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite required

  • Proficiency in foundational design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 
  • Ability to transform concepts into visual designs that align with brand objectives and engage the target audience. 
  • Attention to detail in design work, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project goals. 
  • Ability to contribute to design projects in an organized and timely manner, demonstrating readiness to engage and participate effectively. 
  • Effective communication skills, crucial for understanding project requirements and collaborating with team members. 
  • Skillful in compiling, organizing and using data to enhance planning and effectiveness. 
  • Adapts to new situations, changes, and shifts strategies to meet different types of challenges. 
  • Skilled in initiating, structuring, and carrying out steps to complete projects and tasks. 
  • Skilled in different media formats and the ability to assist in creating designs that meet specific media requirements. 

Competencies & Knowledge 

  • Microsoft Office products 
  • Adobe Photoshop 
  • Adobe Illustrator 
  • Adobe InDesign 
  • Adobe After Effects preferred 
  • Knowledge of and experience in still photography 
  • Knowledge of and experience with Articulate 365 (Rise, Storyline)

Pay Range:

$58,000 - $63,000
