Main Objective of the Position:

Responsible for supporting the global travel strategy and ensuring its implementation and compliance throughout the Americas region.

Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for vendor management to ensure compliance with the SLAs defined globally and regionally, and the quality of the contracted service.
  • Route through the appropriate channels all escalated problems and queries about travel reservations, claims and traveler experience in general.
  • Responsible for communications to management, travelers, and stakeholders in the region, on relevant issues related to corporate travel.
  • Advise and support businesses to maximize business productivity and minimize travel costs, deploying analysis tools and management reports.
  • Design and conduct user training aligning with the travel agency and travel suppliers.
  • Represent the area with internal audits with the guidance of Global Travel Management and Legal Entity. Interface with T&E to collect evidence.
  • Formulate and ensure validity and compliance of the policies established in the region, aligned with global policies.
  • Improve overall regional and global travel experience by implementing global/regional projects and initiatives. Examples: RFPs, customer satisfaction improvement, among others.
  • Ensure and control the correct processing of supplier travel expenses.

Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:

  • Graduated from University Careers related to the role. Graduate of Postgraduate (valued).
  • Advanced in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office and SAP R/3.
  • Effective communication, planning and prioritization, dealing with different stakeholders, customer focus, capable of ensuring on time-in full services delivery.
