We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to contribute to If’s competence supply by ensuring a high-quality recruitment process and developing the candidate’s experience. You'll primarily focus on our IT organization, concentrating on hiring for tech and IT roles, but you will from time to time assist the business side with recruitment as well.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting the best talents to If. You will also have the opportunity to participate in developing existing recruitment processes. You will be a part of our global Tech TA team, consisting of four Talent Acquisitions Partners and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Our team is distributed between Sweden, Finland and Latvia. You will report to the Team Lead for Tech & Specialist.

Someone who takes ownership of the entire recruitment process and is accustomed to supporting hiring managers in successfully completing recruitment processes, especially within the IT/tech sphere. You are keen on creating an excellent candidate experience and are passionate about meeting other people.
