We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to contribute to If’s competence supply by ensuring a high-quality recruitment process and developing the candidate’s experience. You'll primarily focus on our IT organization, concentrating on hiring for tech and IT roles, but you will from time to time assist the business side with recruitment as well. 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting the best talents to If. You will also have the opportunity to participate in developing existing recruitment processes. You will be a part of our global Tech TA team, consisting of four Talent Acquisitions Partners and two Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Our team is distributed between Sweden, Finland and Latvia. You will report to the Team Lead for Tech & Specialist. 

The role of a Talent Acquisition Partner includes: 

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process from needs analysis and job profile to advertising, screening applications, sending out tests, conducting interviews, and supporting managers in offering positions. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborating closely with managers to understand their needs and identify the best recruitment strategy. 
  • Actively sourcing talents through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, social media and job portals. 
  • Participating in and organizing events to market If and attract potential candidates. 
  • Engaging in Employer Branding activities to strengthen our brand in the candidate market. 
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our recruitment processes 
  • You will collaborate closely with other members of the TA organization, as well as with colleagues from other HR functions. 

We are looking for: 

Someone who takes ownership of the entire recruitment process and is accustomed to supporting hiring managers in successfully completing recruitment processes, especially within the IT/tech sphere. You are keen on creating an excellent candidate experience and are passionate about meeting other people. As a person, you are curious and gain energy from creating the perfect match between candidate and position. 

In addition to that, we also see that you have: 

  • At least a few years of experience in recruitment where you have been involved in the entire recruitment process. 
  • Experience in recruiting specialist roles, including IT/Tech. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both Latvian and English. 
  • An academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent.

Work location: Riga 

Travelling: This role includes some travelling within the Nordic and Baltics countries
