What we’re looking for:
Time and Attendance Administrator role is key in the Israel Payroll operations/process.
T&A Role performs crucial payroll administrative tasks during scheduled payroll cycle, including but not limited to time keeping tasks, controls, service to managers and employees, forms validations, follow-ups and more.
We are looking for a current B.A student for 80% position.
Majors of Economics, Business or Industry Management Engineering are preferred, but not mandatory.
Any experience working in a time and attendance, payroll or accounting related role, it would be a huge advantage as well.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, writing & reading), in Office software, especially Word & Excel (use of pivot tables and vlookups).
Personal attributes for this role are: detail oriented, reliable, organized, tasks prioritizing, thorough, serviceability, good inter- personal skills, great team work in a complex & multi tasks environment.
The impact you’ll have:
You will be responsible for time and attendance data in IBM payroll systems for corporate supervisory population.
You will ensure employees are reporting properly, timely, and time off is being processed correctly.
You will also be responsible of:
 • Support of employee’s queries requests (vacation, sick time, floating holiday, etc.) in time and attendance system
• Audit time and attendance data and identify control points, incorrections, and other issues
• Run various reports related to time and attendance to ensure data integrity
• Responsibility to employees, company’s managers and other internal interfaces
