What you’ll do

AlixPartners is looking to add a savvy digital marketer to its growing Digital Marketing team. As a digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and executing firm-wide digital marketing activities, including content management and creative development for the firm’s global and multiple language websites, social media marketing initiatives, email marketing, marketing operations, audience management, and marketing analytics.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time role in New York or London and reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. Paid relocation is not available for this position.

  • Develop content for AlixPartners’ external web sites and integrated SaaS platforms to deliver compelling digital experiences to the firm’s clients and prospects.
  • Execute organic and paid social media strategies that are tied to brand initiatives using social media management tools.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns by creating emails from existing templates and developing new templates as needed.
  • Manage the email marketing calendar, advising on scheduling decisions and effectively communicate email marketing best practices.
  • Manage and segment the firm’s contact database for targeted communication and personalization.
  • Assess performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Develop, review, edit, and proof written materials for grammar, consistency, accuracy, readability, etc.
  • Effectively communicate digital marketing goals and activities with marketing leads, service line leaders, and industry leaders.

What you’ll need

  • Two-to-five years’ experience working within a Marketing function at a professional services firm strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, placing a high priority on accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices, including the basic principles of SEO, content marketing tactics, and user experience
  • Working knowledge of project management, marketing automation, content management systems and other digital marketing tools (Asana, Umbraco, WordPress, Ceros, Pardot, Vuture)
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other graphic design tools (Canva, Figma) highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of relevant hardware/software applications and techniques used in digital marketing and communications.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States or United Kingdom. No VISAs available for this position.
