Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Salesforce, Java Selenium

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant - Salesforce, Java Selenium to join our dynamic team. The Candidate would play a lead supporting role in the test execution of the program with the following responsibilities also play a key role in leading and delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Review business cases, requirements gap analysis and preparation of all the required functional.
  • testing documents/ artifacts
  • Writing test cases, test plan leveraging Xray and ARD tool.
  • Timely test execution, test results and daily status reporting
  • Uncovering defects, logging defects in Xray, triage defects with Business, Operations, AppDev
  • and testing teams, track defect statuses to ensure timely delivery and closure.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with end-user business processes ensuring
  • financial applications and electronic trading systems meet end user requirements.
  • Assisting in training and communication of the Testing standards and actions
  • Collaborate with the team to write, publish, and execute expanded test plans, standards and
  • procedures to improve overall scope and quality of software testing done that supports the
  • development effort,
  • Maintaining a governance and quality scorecard to monitor ongoing program activities.
  • Investigating issues by executing queries, synthesizing analysis, and translating the details for
  • presentation to business partners
  • Helping to coordinate the completion of testing actions to resolve issues.
  • Coordinating the tracking defects and test execution to meet release deadlines.
  • The candidate should be flexible, highly adaptable and an excellent collaborator. The role requires.
  • credibility and confidence interacting with senior management, business unit personnel, branch offices and the technology team across the full lifecycle of a project. The candidate should expect to work in a global virtual team along with NY and India team members, sometimes across multiple time zones.
  • The ideal candidate will be an initiative-taking collaborator committed to delivering on time and should be able to work under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications we seek in you! 

  • Thorough understanding of wealth management, gained from professional experience as a
  • quality assurance analyst.
  • Prior experience in Requirements Analysis and Traceability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and translation of business needs into technical requirements
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Meticulous and committed to an elevated level of accuracy.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and listening skills.
  • Good interpersonal and consultative skill
  • Excellent defect root cause analysis skills and problem-solving
  • Experience with metrics gathering, tracking, and reporting.
  • Full systems development life cycle experience
  • Knowledge of technology system interfaces and data integration
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Services
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree from a top tier university

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficient with common Python data analysis packages (NumPy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of deep learning packages (keras, TensorFlow, etc.) a plus
  • Designing and delivering of data models, which power Bl initiatives, dashboards, syndicated
  • reporting, and ad-hoc data exploratory canvases for client solutions.
  • Financial domain knowledge and worked with arge volume of data.

Client specific request: Resource should be available in weekend for production check out and release, comp-off would be given on Tuesday.
