About Us: Prague is one of the most beautiful European cities as well as the cultural and economic heart of Central Europe. Almost 135 QuidelOrtho employees are supporting the following functions within EMEA Shared Services: Customer Service and Finance team, People & Culture and GIS team. Your New Role: The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support all aspects of Supply Chain from Plan, Make, Source, Deliver in equipping teams with strategic insights and automated reports/dashboards. The analyst will leverage their data visualization expertise and operational knowledge to turn complex processes into easily understood stories. This role will help to establish reporting automation mechanisms and standardization, enabling teams to focus on using data to drive action and measure progress.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with internal customers.
• Understand data sources and partner with IT on developing data lake / warehouse views to enable reporting automation.
• Develop Power BI models, reports, & dashboards.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and regular communication on status of deliverables.
• Maintain supporting requirements and design documentation.
• Work diligently to identify improvement opportunities and/or apply creative solutions to reducing manual, non-value added, and administrative work.
• Strive to stay updated on current and upcoming technologies that can help improve reporting processes, capabilities, and drive advanced analytics.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Advanced Power BI & Excel.
• Experience with Power Automate/Power Platform.
• Demonstrated Proficiency with SAP ERP.
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects while ensuring alignment to business priorities.
• Self-starter and strategic thinker who connects the dots to the bigger picture while being comfortable in the details and delivering incremental value.
• Ability to distill large amounts of data and translate analysis into clear, appealing, and actionable visuals.
• An unquenchable intellectual curiosity for getting at the underlying story being told within the data.
• Excellent communicator adept at influencing across organization to achieve win-win solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Analytics (required).
• Fluency in English (required).
• 3+ years of experience in or supporting Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing organization (highly preferred).
