  • Vail Health is also leading the way in serving our communities’ behavioral health needs with outpatient behavioral health services at the Edwards Community Health Campus, and the Precourt Healing Center, a 28-bed in-patient behavioral health facility, opening in 2025.

About the opportunity:

Act as the key Information Technology department resource for on-site and remote support of all VVMC IT equipment, and Tier 1/Tier 2 user support. This includes but is not limited to, VVMC computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral equipment.

What you will do:

  1. Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 level support for VVMC computer equipment and applications.
  2. Monitor call ticketing system queue, prioritize and complete tickets per defined service level agreements.
  3. Configure, image, and deploy equipment including desktop PC's, laptops, and other mobile devices.
  4. Work closely with IT Staff in planning short term projects such as PC installations, printers' setups, hardware/software upgrades, and cabling.
  5. Support offsite locations when necessary, weekend and nightly call.
  6. Responsible for daily computer operations to ensure the completion of daily activities, including the midnight processing and daily log.
  7. Document new procedures and update outdated procedures as necessary.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

Computer / Typing:

  • Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc. Previous experience supporting Windows based PC's, laptops, and peripheral equipment.

Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Hourly Pay:

$25.34—$38.02 USD
