We are looking for People and Culture, P&C, Communication Specialist to join our team

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions. We are on a journey of change towards digitalization, electrification and automation – a journey that requires strong, efficient and business-centric HR support.

Do you want to be part of our team to drive and develop both the operational and strategic internal communication within P&C People Services Sweden at Scania? 

At People Services Sweden, we are in the middle of a journey of change where we have recently implemented a new global HR system Success Factors (SAP) ServiceNow, tools that help Scania on the journey towards modern and automated P&C support.

You will be part of the HR Service Center team and you will work cross-functionally within the Swedish P&C organization to support the Swedish P&C community and our employees. You will also cooperate with our global communications team within People and Culture.

The HR Service Center is the first point of contact for Scania's general HR issues to employees and managers, and we are responsible for and work to coordinate our internal communication from P&C People Services Sweden via our internal platforms

Your tasks

You will play a central role in improving and developing our communication from P&C in Sweden to Scania's employees as well as supporting the implementation of new strategic initiatives.

The role is responsible for coordinating our Swedish platforms regarding information and articles about Scania´s policies and guidelines related to your employment as well as various HR process for our employees, managers and our HR community".

You will run and participate in projects to create and improve information to ensure accessibility and usability. You will produce content as well as review other’s content with a sharp eye for details. By monitoring and analysing key metrics and having closed loop feedback on content you will ensure the effectiveness of the information. By that continuously improve articles to make work life easier for customer

This role will be the expert in supporting content creators as well as support in "how to" questions, training of new editors, and general communication. You will also contribute to the team’s overall mission to support. You will ensure that the internal communication strategy harmonizes with the global communication strategy and follows the company's overall vision and goals.

Your Profile

Your background and education are within the field Communication and you have a strong interest in HR questions. You have very good and proven communication skills and no obstacles to expressing yourself both written and spoken in English and Swedish. Experience in structuring, reviewing, and producing content/templates or similar is required.

Service comes naturally to you, you are responsive and can quickly pick up on the customer's needs. You work well with other people and have high pedagogical competence. You have a will and ability to help, support, and explain to others. Experience from ServiceNow or a similar IT platform is a plus.
