What will you contribute?

You will draft and negotiate customer facing contracts for software licenses and related services in Europe. You will advise internal clients on appropriate commercial policies and deals structure. You will report to Johanne Gorge and will be based in Poland.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Drafting of Client facing commercial contracts
• Negotiations of such contracts

Required Experience:

• Knowledgeable in financial institution IT regulations, Software licensing, Cloud and IT services contracting
• Strong negotiation skills
• English language required

Law degree or equivalent experience.
