Job Desc :- Design, develop, and maintain complex transactional document templates using Quadient Inspire.- Implement multi-channel communication workflows, including email, SMS, and print outputs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the designs meet business needs and customer experience standards.- Optimize and enhance existing communication processes with innovative features available in Quadient Inspire.- Conduct testing and quality assurance of designed solutions to ensure reliability and performance.- Provide training and support to other team members on using Quadient Inspire tools.- Stay updated with the latest updates and features in Quadient Inspire and other customer communication management technologies. Required Skills: - Proven experience with Quadient Inspire software, including Inspire Designer and Interactive.- Strong understanding of document design and composition, data management, and output management.- Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or Python is a plus.- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
