• Responsible for License Products which are bought by BASF Group of Companies and manage internal Stakeholders who are globally located
• You will be part of the Global Software License Management
• Ensuring Compliance & taking pro-active measures

Optimizing licenses & their usage

• Generating compliance reports for those products
• Supporting external and internal audits
• You will be managing internal Stakeholders who are globally located and have regular communication exchange with them
• You will be the key contact for the license products for the region in APAC, esp. China
• You have experience in regional license agreements and requirements for APAC and familiar with the regional and local (esp. Chinese, advantage of other ASIAN languages) specifics and regulations
• You have experience with Budgeting & forecasting for the responsible license products
• You will be supporting Purchasing & Procurement process and as well as part of negotiation team with License Product Companies.
• You have hands on experience on the tools like (Aspera, Service Now – SAM Module) SAM Process knowledge would be advantage for your daily job.
• 至少3-5名软件许可工作经验

Digital Hub China was founded in 2020 in Nanjing. As part of the Global Digital Hub Verbund, the hub is rapidly growing with a target of a three-digit number of employees in coming years. Focused on digitalization and innovative IT solutions to enhance BASF’s IT portfolio and expertise in China, it brings an all-around capable team of digital talents to create solutions in the context of China’s unique digital landscape to BASF.
