Job Description
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Flight Data Analysis Program (AirFASE)
- Assist the Corporate Flight Safety Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the FDA AirFASE system, generating AirFASE-related reports, and assisting the FDA Monitoring Team in reviewing and analyzing data.
- Collects and categorizes Air Safety Report (ASR) to provide to FDA Monitoring team, when required.
- Coordinates with external organizations and supports information to them whether any related case has been given when required.
- Support FDA Monitoring Team on data and information support in particular events.
- Performs flight data trend view and presentation for FDA Monitoring team to indicate information to the stakeholders.
- Summarize of trend view and related issues as a monthly report to the Head of Safety for sharing information among Thai AirAsia X pilots.
- Collaborates with Engineering in ensuring daily data download.
- Cross-references FDAP data with other safety data sources e.g. Air Safety Report with AirFASE flight data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Airline Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in working flight data analysis.
- Having operational knowledge (e.g. aircraft operations, air traffic management, and aerodrome operations)
- Knowledge of safety management principles and practices, including SMS, aircraft accident investigation, ICAO Annexes and Civil Aviation Regulations is a plus
- Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
- Proficient in computer literacy skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, G-suite, and Access
- Able to travel when it is required
