As part of the Microsoft ERP team you'll help our clients transform their Finance, Operations and Supply Chain technology landscape. You will also help deploy and optimize the use of Microsoft Business Applications Suite across several industries, to provide enterprises with deep domain knowledge and purpose built back/mid office applications designed to meet the unique needs of the business.

Minimum Degree Preferred: Preferably a Postgraduate / Graduate with relevant MS Dynamics 365 F&O work experience.

Job Profile

We're looking for a Microsoft D365 F&O Data Migration Consultant with experience in data migration and improving migration Script in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key skills required:

Must have:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 FO Data Models
  • Proven experience on D365 FO Data Migration modules such as GL, AP, AR, Production
  • Proficiency in D365 FO data management, including data import, export and manipulation.
  • Experience developing procedures and scripts for data migration
  • Experience working with data, including analysis & cleansing.
  • Hands-on Dynamics 365 data migration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and writing queries for data analysis, cleansing and extraction.
  • Working knowledge of Master Data concepts and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
  • Knowledge and experience mapping source to target data including complex transformations within SSIS or via coded extensions.
  • Experience working within Finance / SCM areas.

What you will do:

  • Gather business requirements for data migration needs.
  • Involvement in preparation of data migration plans including as necessary migration risks, milestones, and validation signoffs.
  • Perform source system data analysis to manage source-to-target data mapping.
  • Perform data migration audit, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
  • Working with the businesses and project team to ensure that data is at a suitable standard for migration.
  • Taking responsibility for agreed data sets, including extraction, transformation and loading into target systems.
  • Triage, problem-solving and communication with key stakeholders in the migration process.
  • Support testing activities in relation to the validation of migration processes and data.
  • Devise data migration strategy for simultaneous multiple separate legal entity migration
  • Execute multiple data migrations, including extraction, mapping, filter, validation, and testing.
  • Execute data imports, exports, and cleansing activities.
