Overview

As a KYC Analyst, you will be required to support the Business with the Know Your Client activities related to their clients. You will need to understand the requirements from DB´s KYC Policy, interact with the Business and with the Client to capture documentation and information to satisfy those requirements, navigate through different KYC systems and to have a good level of interactions with different stakeholders in the Bank and with clients. You will have a crucial role in maintaining DB´s regulatory framework while helping the Business to grow their client base. What You’ll Do

  • You´ll be accountable to know and understand our clients in depth.
  • You´ll be responsible to raise Financial Crime risks related to our clients to Bank´s decision makers.
  • You´ll have to interact with different stakeholders in the Bank, locally and in other locations, and with our clients, to be able to perform a full assessment of the risks associated to them.
  • Navigate through different DB systems to complete and record your assessment of the client.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a plus)
  • Good analytical skills
  • 4+ years’ experience in the banking industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Objective oriented
  • Good analytical skills
  • Previous experience with KYC in international banks
