Your role

Role responsibilities include designing and conducting scenario-based tests of cyber security governance and business processes for the firm’s boards, executives, and leadership teams.

Role also contribute to the development of realistic cyber scenarios, engage with colleagues across lines of business, prepare exercise materials and deliver after-action reports with recommendations in order to drive continuous improvement of the firm’s cyber readiness and resilience.

This role is responsible for designing and supporting the facilitation of executive simulations.

Your expertise

• overseeing the ability of the organization to maintain effective business activities in the face of cyber threats and within cyber and information security risk appetites
• contributing to cyber and information security and relevant data protection strategy and standards
• raising cybersecurity awareness
• representing and championing best practices in cybersecurity to internal and external stakeholders and partners
• mentoring and training the next generation of cyber-crime and data protection experts
• commitment to delivering cyber security with a focus on innovation and effectiveness
• identifying and reporting process improvements within the scope of their work
• keeping their own skills updated with new developments in their field
• acting as a subject matter expert for a specific area
• designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
• designing and development of cyber defense solutions including scripting and coding
• developing assessment script
