Your role

Take responsibility for delivery of several CISO risk assessment services such as application / infrastructure assessment, IT control exception, thematic risk analysis, risk tracking and verification.

Activities include:

  • Perform risk assessments following a defined methodology while using your subject matter expertise to uncover material issues.
  • Analyze risk findings, come up with risk themes that are better addressed systemically.
  • Continuously upgrade your knowledge of cybersecurity to keep up with emerging technology and threats.
  • Be a mentor to junior members of the team to be more effective and efficient with their delivery in a fast-changing environment

Your team

You’ll be working in the Group Chief Information Security Office (CISO) as part of the Credit Suisse Cyber Security Risk Assessment (CS CSRA) team, a dynamic, driven, and diverse team focusing on protecting, preserving, and prolonging the value of combined UBS/CS data and digital services in a digitized world. The CISO vision is to build business value & client trust by promoting cyber security as part of our UBS culture. To protect the Firm, CISO supports cyber risk management and governance and cyber threat management/defense (understanding, detecting, and responding to threats) activities.

Your expertise

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields

Minimum 5-years experience in a cyber / information security role (preferably in a large financial institution)

A subject matter expert in one or more of the following domains - identity and access management, data protection, SDLC, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, red teaming, resiliency.

Team player leveraging excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Motivated and willingness to learn and develop themselves.

Fast learner who can work independently towards tight deadlines.

Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to stakeholders from a range of technical backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to develop formal documents such as information security policies / standards, procedural and how-to guides, risk assessment reports.

Excellent spoken and written English is required.
