Senior Customer Experience Specialist with French

We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Experience Professional to join us at Honeywell in Katowice, PL. To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to work with the client and speak fluent English and German. Logistic background is a plus. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

  • Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns 
  • Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
  • Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
  • Ensure all orders are entered within timeframe
  • Process changes and enhancements to orders
  • Actively participate in departmental activities and initiatives
  • Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests
  • Maintain close collaboration with Field Service team

Key skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Some years of experience in the field
  • Fluent English and French
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Some years of experience with SAP - nice to have
