Provide HR support for the Andean Region while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at different levels within the organization to drive HR initiatives and align them with business objectives.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and navigate in a complex, matrixed environment, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services
• Proficiency in driving organizational effectiveness initiatives, including staffing, organizational development, and talent management
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and collaborator in HR matters
