L’Oréal is currently looking for a new team member to take over the responsibilities of a Group Product Manager for our make up brands in our Consumer Products Division.

Define and steer the HUB strategy for the Make Up category consistent with the international brands positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth for the category’s brands and the consumer relationship

  • Define the strategic orientations and the 1-year marketing plan for the make up brands Maybelline New York, L´Oréal Paris and essie. Monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal, and animation of core catalog)
  • Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone and management to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs 
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences; meet the deadlines 
  • Mobilise and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, advocacy, media etc. ) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy 
  • Monitor the local adaptation of communication materials (imagery, digital, point of sale) 
  • Make recommendations to management on the category based on one’s expertise of the consumer, market, and competitors. 
  • Manage PPP budget, prices, consumer studies, and sales forecast for the category 
  • Effectively prepare presentations with clear messages to present to senior management 
  • Define and monitor media plans, ensure implementation of launches and pillars activation plans through all touchpoints
  • Create and implement a long-term consistent plan for brand equity improvement
  • Build, develop, and manage a strong and talented team of 4 people, train them, and develop their marketing expertise and know-how 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in Czech, Slovak or Hungarian language
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written form)
  • The responsible and innovative approach
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Will to progress professionally within our regional organization
