YOU WILL HAVE THE IMPACT IN THE AREAS OF:
- Visiting target doctors in the sector and presenting the brands, products and services to increase prescriptions and develop a global approach to the patient
- Promoting the brands added value by emphasizing the technical and scientific characteristics of the products and services
- Meeting both the scientific and the business needs of doctors
- Representing the brand at every contact opportunity with health professionals and ensuring follow up.
- Respecting target coverage, visiting frequencies and product cycles
- Making systematic use of available promotional tools. Using all available digital and physical communication channels to increase message frequency and enhance customization. Checking the presence and correcting distribution of the products within the pharmacies/ drug stores
- Ensuring synergy with commercial teams to increase sells.
- Analyzing one’s own results and those of the competition. Implementing corrective and improvement action plans
- Organizing and optimizing visit planning through platform activity
- Mastering and using monitoring tools for CRM/CLM platform activity
- Preparing visits and carrying out qualitative and quantitative activity report in VEEVA.
- Ensuring respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals

THE IDEAL PROFILE:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree
- Preferably has 2+ years of experience in the similar field
- Has excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills
- Has high orientation to details and is able to work with the short deadlines
- Is familiar with MS Office
- Works with responsibility and autonomy
- Is detailed-oriented and independent, able to work on short deadlines
- Strong teamwork, negotiation and networking skills
- Fluent in Serbian and English language
- Has a valid driving license and is an active driver
