Your responsibilities:

  • Processes resumes and maintains a database;
  • Organizes the overall selection of candidates for the vacant positions, together with the line managers;
  • Responsible for all the of vacant positions in the company, both through external and internal channels;
  • Conducts effectively all processes related to attracting and selecting employees;
  • Maintain contact and organize initiatives with educational institutions /schools, universities/ in order to promote the company and attract talent;
  • Participates in employer branding events and career forums.

Your background:

  • Education: higher – HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience regarding recruitment and selection;
  • Previous professional experience in the same field;
  • Very good command of English written and spoken;
  • Very good command of MS Office package (MS Excel, MS, Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook);
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills.
