Contracts Administrative Assistant

The Assistant Site Contracts provides administrative support to the Site Contract Lead Team and Management team to ensure that departmental administrative matters and project-related work are up-to-date, complete and readily available to team members. One of the key areas of administrative support is producing reports, so advanced Excel experience is essential. In addition, the Assistant Site Contracts will support with the wet ink contract signing process, so the ability to travel to the office is required.

This role is a hybrid role, 3 days in our Belgrade office, Serbia and 2 days based remotely.

Skills and Experience required for the position;

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including pivot tables. The interview process will include a practical Excel exercise.
  • Advanced knowledge of all other Microsoft Office Programs including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience within an Administrative or Coordinator position.
  • Experience working in a Global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience liaising with Senior Management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, highly organised and self-motivated.
  • Flexible attitude with an ability to take on new work assignments and learning.
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Sence of urgency with a strong client focus.
  • Commitment and ability to perform a high-quality of work.
