What you’ll do

The Channel Planning Analyst will be responsible for contributing in the development & execution of channel investment strategy in Vodafone Business Unit (VBU). Support activities to optimize customer acquisition investment strategy in all Enterprise Segments (SoHo, SME and Corporate).

Job holder's Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Supports and updates reporting, serviced in a Digital and Visualized manner
  • Responsible for performance evaluation of acquisition activities
  • Monitors channel efficiencies metrics
  • Executes ad-hoc and scheduled analysis - data mining - to produce actionable results
  • Performs reconciliations to assure data integrity

Who you are

  • Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Basic Syntax
  • Libraries

o Pandas

o Geospatial Analysis (nice to have)

o Modelling (nice to have)

  • Business Intelligence Tools and Practices (QlikSense, Power BI & Oracle BI)
  • Data Mining (IBM SPSS, SAS) – with SPSS being a priority
  • Advanced Analytical & Synthesis Skills
  • Forecasting and analytical skills to evaluate initiatives, plans and performance
  • Experience with data mining tools
  • Good understanding on BI tools and practices – analytics tools 
  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
