What You'll Do:

The Global Automation team develops and runs a wide range of internal solutions that empower Criteo’s commercial and operations teams to maximize their business impact by scaling its operations while boosting the efficient delivery of value to clients.

In your role as a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the team by leading data analyses to help the team make better-informed product decisions, building comprehensive reports to visualize data, and enabling mechanisms to accurately measure our impact.

You will closely collaborate with a talented team of product managers, UX designers, software engineers, and the leadership team in an agile, dynamic, and multicultural work environment to facilitate the enablement of internal teams and ultimately help drive a significant impact on our business.

This role is based in either Gurgaon, India, or Hyderabad, India

As this role supports our global business, work hours will be between 12:30 pm IST to 09:30 pm IST (March – October) and 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST during daylight savings (November – February)

In your role, reporting directly to the Product Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with the product team and other internal stakeholders to understand and define what data is essential to measure the impact of our work.
  • Partner with engineering on the implementation of tracking needed to measure impact.
  • Translate business requirements into specific analyses, metrics, or reports that generate
  • actionable insights.
  • Investigate data visualization needs within Global Automation, translate obtained insights
  • into actions and present those to the team to support decision-making processes.
  • Analyze product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform strategic business
  • decisions in product development.
  • Enable stakeholders to access data and monitor key business metrics by being expert
  • in building and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Create and present reports and ad-hoc analyses to the leadership team to help make better-informed decisions

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative/business field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, etc.).
  • At least 6+ years of work experience in a business/data analytics role, preferably from a consulting, product-tech, retail, or e-commerce background.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent technical skills: strong SQL, basic Python, and advanced proficiency in Excel & Tableau (or similar visualization tools) are a must.
  • Effective business acumen & strong communication skills to provide clear actionable insights.
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: Hive/Hadoop, Vertica, Git/Gerrit
  • Knowledge in agency or digital marketing is a plus.
