• We are looking for a high energy, ambitious, result driven individual with strong work ethic and integrity to join us as a Process development engineer for our Backend Manufacturing site. You will collaborate with Package Development Engineering, Advance Development Technology, Site Operation teams, dedicated to the effective ramp up of new products and packages in Assembly manufacturing site.
• Develop and optimize unit processes to meet the yield and quality requirements of High band width product

Responsibilities:

• Manger Q'ty and schedule of NPI lot to meet customer shipment
• Engineer lot management and arrangement
• PFA and EFA Sample delivery
• Assessing processes by knowledge and skills, analyzing product output 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Familiar as integration experience of HBM, WLCSP, FOP, is better.

Education and Experience:

Experience needed: Yes

Bachelor Degree with 3 years of experience in related field preferred (Physics, Material science, Mechanical Engineering).
