QC Coordinator

Job purpose:

The technical executive within the FlexPool team plays a vital role in supporting quality control operations. The incumbent will work closely with the team manager to ensure the effective planning and execution of operations.

We are looking for ambitious, newly qualified technical executives to play an essential role within our FlexPool quality control team. In addition to supervising operations and contributing to writing deviations and conducting investigations, you will be actively involved in testing and analysis.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your technical, management and leadership skills in an environment that values innovation and adaptability.

In this role you will have the following key responsibilities: 

  • Actively participate in analysis and tests support for the release teams.
  • Manage the drafting of deviations and carry out the necessary investigations.
  • Assist in planning and managing the team's daily activities.
  • Collaborate with supervisor to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and GMP procedures

This job opportunity is a permanent contract not opened for relocation.

Why you?

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in life science (biology, biochemistry or chemistry)
  • A previous experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated QC/R&D environment (GMP) or equivalent in university
  • Leadership and project management skills – with proven experience in these fields (either through academic or professional experience)
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and take initiative.
  • French Mandatory, English is a plus
