Hourly base pay rate is $28.08 - $42.12/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Job Description
Every leader needs a partner they can rely upon. At RapidScale - part of Cox Business- we are looking for an astute and clear-sighted Executive Assistant to provide targeted organizational support to the RapidScale C-suite, as well as serve as primary point of contact for the wider Raleigh office. In this mission-critical role, you’ll work closely with the company’s leadership team, their administrators, and the broader Raleigh-based team.
You’ll be counted on for your excellent (and seemingly effortless) interpersonal skills, strong judgment, creative problem solving and confident decision making. You’re adept at keeping sensitive information confidential as well with little to no effort. You’ll also work to ensure our Raleigh office runs seamlessly.
