The Operating Effectiveness Senior Analyst is a key contributor in the Partner Management Vertical within International Health. You will be a team member for a new Partner Management Vertical that, in collaboration with various Business Partners and the Global Third-Party Management Team will address partner risk, root causes to operational issues and design of a governance model for healthy, scalable growth of our IH partnerships. The Partner Management Vertical serves to provide overall governance for key partner relationships within IH. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively partner with IH business owners to identify and prioritize top Partner opportunities that align with strategy.
  • Engage effectively with Business and Technology partners to drive root-cause-based, optimized outcomes.
  • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.
  • Assists in conducting in-depth evaluations of vendors to evaluate user satisfaction, vendor delivery, and compliance.
  • Analyzes performance metrics and ensures contractual obligations are met.
  • Research best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
  • Develop and implement communication and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, maintain sponsor engagement and promote stakeholder adoption.
  • Resolve issues/escalations and determine contingency plans and triggers for risks.
  • As needed, escalates issues to appropriate audiences including key business leaders and team members.
  • Ensures appropriate use of tools to track and monitor key aspects of partner performance.
  • Influence operations partners in addressing IH Partnership-related operational issues.
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Completes day-to-day Operating Effectiveness tasks without immediate supervision. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining Partner Management SharePoint site.
  • Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in Operations experience preferred (effectiveness, vendor management, compliance, claims, appeals, grievances, etc.).
  • Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and MS PowerPoint (Visio preferred as well)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with various business partners & organize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Process Engineering experience across all phases of continuous improvement preferred.
  • Proven results delivering improvements with explicit tie-back to business value.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity while driving vision and purpose.
  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of partnerships.
  • Some travel may be required (10%)
