About you and this role

Dow is a dynamic and innovative Science and Materials Company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers while driving profitability. Our team is empowered to provide answers to customers seeking information about Dow products through digital platform. This is done by strong conceptual knowledge about Dow products and regulations within that region.In doing this, we play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and receiving feedback from customers for our Dow products. In short, our team is an interface between various Dow functions and customers. As part of Team Dow we combine expertise and technologies to create an invigorating customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer requests coming through inbound phone calls / email for Dow products of Technical / Regulatory / Compliance nature.
  • Ensure that all customer enquiries are well documented, in accordance with the performance and service standards.
  • Use business and process expertise to improve our service levels.
  • Able to work with different stakeholders/ functions / business teams within the organization: e.g. Product Stewards, Regulatory team, Sales and Customer Service.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the team, focusing on amplifying learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Min experience of 5 yrs. in Customer Service (phone & emails)

Preferred Skills

  • Commercial acumen with ability to organize and manage desk.
  • Working knowledge of : Microsoft Office, SAP and CRM Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills.

Additional notes

  • No relocation support for the role.
