Job Summary:

The Sr. Patient Solution Product Manager will implement demand collection, demand analysis, and product planning for patient service tools; Write interactive documents such as product requirements specifications, business process diagrams, etc., and convert business requirements into products; Design product prototypes, interact with effects and communicate to confirm interactions; Hold a product demand review meeting, participate in the whole product process, promote R&D and testing progress, track the system feedback of users and business departments, and support the business department for the analysis and information collection of similar competing products .

Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer Innovation, with Business Units, Channel Enablement Team, Digital Client Partners, Compliance, etc. and external experts in internet and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Innovation Patient Solution Team and engage with BU Pateint Solution Teams, understand companywide and BU level innovative patient service strategies and models, collect needs from multiple stakeholders and parties, identify opportunities for integrating and upgrading digital tools and platform which better engage HCPs, patients and third parties.
• Manage and analyze business and patient needs, transform business language into digital product requirement analysis, contribute innovative ideas to design and establish digital platform that support innovative patient service ecosystem to meet business demand and Pfizer global standards.
• Provide innovative solutions to upgrade the functions and integrate current digital platforms and tools like Wecom to improve user interaction experience.
• Align with BU team on digital platform’s operational strategy & tactics, with integrated and aligned cross function efforts for achieving user growth & activation targets.
• In collaboration with internal digital and patient solution related supporting functions to ensure the timely delivery of digital products.
• Introduce latest best digital platform practice in market and identify new opportunities to optimize innovative solutions.
• Provide analysis, insights and recommendations to guide high level decisions affecting digital product development, innovative business model and current business digital practice.
• Ensure all corporate standards of excellence and compliance are upheld while performing all Company business and demonstrate high ethical and professional standards, at all times, to maintain the excellent reputation of Pfizer PBG within the marketplace.

Education and Experience:

• At least 7-10 years of digital product design experience, with a strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• 3 years+ Internet industry and technical development experience is preferred.
• 2 years+ C-end platform management & operation experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated strength in product requirements analysis.
• Sharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in complex organizational structure.
• Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.
• Experience working with agencies/vendors.
• Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t arise.
• Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
