Main Tasks:

  • Prepare and process sales order for Olefins trading business.
  • Monitor order status and feedback to sales and customers.
  • Customer Master data and credit management for all the basics customer portfolio including PE.
  • Exceptional order handling.
  • Document handling.
  • Handling NCM and customer complaint.
  • Customer interaction and business rule implementation
  • Business project involvement
  • Prepare training documentation for new OTCs to onboarded in 2025.
  • Support in hiring of new OTCs.
  • Support in eCommerce rollout for basics portfolio
  • UAT and SAP OTC rollout for Cracker and MTG.
  • Performance Management of Junior OTCs
  • Manage End-to-end order process by collaborating with multiple functions involved.
  • Capture market intelligence on the supply chain related topics from daily interaction with customers and share with the business as appropriate and be an integral part of business management.
  • Provide best possible service to customers and promote the establishment of long-term customer relationship to ensure a sound profitable future customers base.
  • Cooperate closely with (internal and external) suppliers and GB to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products to customers. Monitor and escalate shipping and import status for overseas supply.
  • Collect documents and consolidate customers’ problems and complaints according to defined procedures / system, coordinate with relevant personnel such as sales, logistics, warehouse, finance and suppliers etc. to solve problems and to ensure all necessary corrective & preventive actions are taken in accordance with serving standards.
  • Ensure that all operations (also at customer premises) are carried out in accordance with internal standards and local government regulations. Report any areas of concern immediately to Supply Chain Manager.

Requirements:

  • Customer service-related apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in logistics or business
  • At least 5~10 years’ experience in customer service or business management
  • Petrochemicals industry background will be an advantage.
  • Practical knowledge and pro-found experience in SAP.
  • Good communication with internal and external customers
  • Familiar with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Chinese.
