Objectives of the Position

Reporting to Head of Regional Consumer Insights and Digital Solutions, Care Chemicals Asia Pacific, you will:

  • Develop Digitalization strategy and plan for Care Chemicals in Asia Pacific
  • Collaborate closely with the Global team to successfully implement Care360 in APAC and prioritize business needs based on feedback
  • Drive and develop a communication plan using omni-channels and marketing cloud to support the launch and promotion of key focus products

Main Job Responsibilities 

  • Lead and consolidate APAC optimization needs linked to business strategy and goals.
  • Define customer segmentation and effective contacts through business analytics and user data behavior for digitalization targeting and implementation.
  • Drive registration and penetration of D'litE3X/D'lite among targeted and fast-growing customer groups.
  • Develop effective communication to support migration of D'litE3X users to the D'lite world.
  • Manage digital marketing calendars across various channels, ensuring contents up-to-date, accurate, and approved by internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain informative reports on campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Propose operational tactics for the key focus product portfolio in the channel, aligning with business goals.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis and pilot targeted market trials to optimize digital marketing strategies.
  • Drive digital marketing adoption in the organization as the Power User for Marketing cloud (content, not technical), linking customer journeys with other digital tools (e.g. Care360).
  • Strategize, design, and implement digital approach (e.g., marketing cloud) including D’litE3X Web, App, organic, and paid media to meet business goals
  • Review APAC insight data channels to meet customer needs for D'lite and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and channel best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Chemistry or related discipline; MBA will be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of digital and CRM experience in FMCG, digital agencies or related industries
  • Proven track record in project management, with excellent presentation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with external agencies and internal stakeholders in multiple countries
  • Ability to adapt approach and style to different markets as appropriate being sensitive to language and cultural differences
  • Candidates with lesser experience could be considered a junior position
  • Location of the position will depend on the location of the successful candidate
