We’re looking for a talented and passionate Client Integration Lead who expects more from their career. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to implement our great Products in the Grocery Retail market. 

Joining our Client Integration team you’ll oversee the delivery, and evolution, of all technical aspects of the implementation of dunnhumby products to Clients through the development and consistent application of integration best practices. You will be accountable for the delivery of all technical deployment activities in line with project schedules and understand all functionality, configuration, data flows, and architecture of the environments and products being deployed. You will identity and facilitate evolution to the implementation process to continuously improve efficiency and reduce implementation durations. 

What we expect from you 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant subject, excellent communication skills, stakeholder management experience, and a collaborative approach. 
  • Experience in the development, management, and implementation of software integration projects. 
  • End to End accountability for all technical aspects of an implementation project. 
  • Lead instigation and collaboration with all involved dunnhumby technical teams as required to delivery environments, infrastructure, deployment, and configuration in line with project schedules. 
  • Investigate issues encountered during technical implementation and testing to root cause identification and resolution. 
  • Provide all project team updates on technical aspects of the implementation. 
  • Represent client issues to product and engineering teams. 
  • Ensure all deliverables and impacts are measured and the commercial or strategic impact communicated. 
  • Oversee all activities, submissions, and requirements for the handover of a deployment to Production status under Service Management / Product Support teams. 
  • Act as reference point for all aspects of the technical implementation. 
  • Build key initiatives to implement best practices in dunnhumby implementations. Drive people and teams towards delivery of the expected result, both within specific product areas and across the broader team. 
  • Deliver process improvements to drive efficiencies in the way we manage, implement, deploy, and support our dunnhumby products. 
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to other associates in the support of their assigned implementations.
