Event Planner EMEA (m/f/d)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Event Planner EMEA (m/f/d)in the Netherlands to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

• Identifying internal and external clients' requirements and expectations for each congress
• Close collaboration with Sales & Marketing Department to implement initiatives, programs, materials and tools
• Close alignment with the Marketing Department to develop strategic marketing initiatives
• Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and managing all logistics for events in given territory
• Preparing event budgets and processing invoices
• Researching and booking venues, travel
• Anticipating event needs and making preparations against potential risks
• Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event
• Your Profile
• You have completed training in the event sector or provide a bachelors degree
• You have at least three years professional experience in planning professional events, especially congresses
• You convince our customers with professionalism, empathy and great communication skills
• You are excellent in organizing & managing projects with the ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously and still pay attention to detail
• High level of accountability, pro-activity, resilience, and sound judgement in decision making
• You are open, self-confident, resilient, well-groomed appearance and independent working style while enjoying being part of a fun team
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Cvent is a plus
• Your English is fluent and your understanding of German is good
• You are willing to travel 25% of your time
