The DON will oversee all health programs and services in our 72 bed SNF. Our team is both large and diverse, providing excellent support for our valued nurse leaders including: a Director of Staff Development & IP Nurse, MDS coordinator, RNs/LPNs, CNAs, a Social Service Coordinator and Clinical Records Coordinator!
