Your mission: As a .NET Technology Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of .NET solutions within a cloud-based or on-prem environment. You will lead a talented team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall architecture and strategy of our technology landscape.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies within their domain. (.net, SQL, EntityFramework, React and Azure DevOps) 
• Leadership and Management: Ability to inspire and motivate team members, provide clear direction, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. (participation to client workshop, write technical documentations) 
• Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and align technical decisions with broader business goals and objectives. 
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues and develop effective solutions. 
• Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions quickly, considering technical constraints, business priorities, and potential risks. 
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and market conditions. 
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools to effectively plan, execute, and track progress on technical projects. (DevOps) 
• Mentorship and Coaching: Ability to mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on technical skills development, career growth, and personal improvement. 
• Risk Management: Skill in identifying and mitigating technical risks that may impact project delivery or business operations. 
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends. 

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have...

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as a .NET developer with in-depth knowledge of the .NET framework. 
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms. 
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Proficient in cloud-native services, serverless architecture, and cloud security best practices. 
• Proficient in web service / API development. Good Sharepoint knowledge is a plus. 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (French + English, both mandatory), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. 
• Certifications in relevant technologies can be a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SharePoint certifications). 
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
