We’re looking for a Product Manager to:

• support the Product Owner in developing a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap covering the full product lifecycle
• perform the analysis of the ‘Current’ and ‘To-Be’ states
• collaborate with stakeholders – elicit, document, validate, and manage requirements, translating gathered requirements into Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Scenarios, that are clear to the team members in the pod
• support the Product Owner create, manage and prioritise the pods backlog, in alignment with quarterly Objectives and Key Results
• manage issues and dependencies within and outside the pod
• perform the Scrum Master role within the pod, facilitating agile events, motivating the pod on the agile mindset and embedding practices to improve flow and ways of working

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods.

You’ll be working in the Managing Investments, Portfolio Engineering Platform Crew focusing on providing high quality technology solutions to support Portfolio Management and Trading across UBS Asset Management.

Your expertise

• academic background, preferably in Computer Science or Finance
• experience in business analysis, product management and delivery of complex product to clients within Asset Management, Front Office
• experience in Portfolio Management, Order Management and/or Execution Management systems as a Business Analyst
• demonstrable knowledge across asset classes and their data domains
• experience with data analysis and data modelling, is beneficial
• experience with agile software delivery
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong communication skills, to both technical and non-technical audiences
• scrum master certification and/or business analyst certification(s) are a plus
• experience with Gitlab is a plus
