POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a sales person with the agility to thrive in a fast changing environment and the creativity to reach and surpass tough stretch goals? 

 

We’re seeking a versatile leader with experience growing and leading Solutions Sales in the IT OEM/software/application/system integration verticals.  The primary objective of this position is to lead like an entrepreneur and drive NCR retail technology business from large & strategic retailers in supermarkets, specialty stores and convenience retail.

 

If you have experience creating highly complex software, hardware, and consulting solutions for large accounts and have a history of success developing a funnel, selling across multiple offices in the C-Suite, we want to talk to you.

 

Key deliverables: 

  • Responsible for selling NCR retail technology solutions and services to major retailers in Thailand & Indochina.

  • Create and own executive relationships across marketing, operations, & IT to ensure full breadth of NCR’s retail portfolio is leveraged to solve customer business issues

  • Understand customer’s business objectives.  Be able to tie NCR solutions to their problems ensuring NCR is viewed as a strategic partner to help them meet these goals.

  • Develop account plans with measurable time bound goals and objectives

  • Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings

  • Manage the sales process identifying opportunities, managing the funnel & forecast, handling contract negotiations, and driving deployment of solutions.

  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements.

  • Communicate efficiently internally and drive cross functional teams to ensure your customer’s success

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 15 years+ experience in sales management position, managing teams and experience in hunting for net new business.

  • Entrepreneurial drive, constant efforts for self-growth, excitement for learning new technologies, consistency in quota achievements and growth working within organizations rather than hoping short-stint jobs are essential ingredients for this role.

  • Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with cross functional teams that can impact your customer including engineering, development, finance, legal and Professional Services organizations

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
