The HR Service Partner is part of the regional HR Operations team and reports into the Manager HR Operations & Payroll. The HR Service Partner manages the daily activities linked to the administration of employee data and changes, as a result of the employee life cycle

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • New hire onboarding in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Administrating employee benefits: enrollment, changes, and cancellation
  • Creating addenda for employee changes
  • Preparing documentation for input in payroll
  • Sickness registration (internally and externally when applicable)
  • Leave of Absence registration (internally and externally when applicable)
  • Providing local authorities with relevant absence date as requested
  • Responding to employee queries from HR mailboxes / HR Helpdesk
  • Employee offboarding
  • Data filing and managing retention of data
  • Ensuring data compliance and auditing
