About the team:

The Service Delivery Analyst will be part of the compliance team who’s working with Hosting and Managed Services. The main tasks will be maintaining and improving the Information Security, project Control and release Management control environment for the Capital Markets and cross assets for our large financial institution clients.

  • You will build relationships with Tier-1 Banks and Brokers
  • You will be exposed to a Broad cross-section of the financial industry
  • You will gain in-depth knowledge of Exchange Technologies and Markets

What you will be doing:

  • Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation to delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams’ meetings and progress measurement activity which brings distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
  • Manage Monthly SLA’s reporting, monthly Billing reporting and Monthly auditing reports
  • Yearly Audit and Compliance (internally/externally)

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Proven experience working independently under general instructions on a large variety of special projects
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to utilize project management software to manage projects, e.g., MS Project and other auxiliary tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
