Join our team at Odense Factory!

Unilever is seeking a Production/SHE Lead for our factory in Odense, where we produce detergents under our strong Home Care brands such as Neutral, Biotex, and OMO. Our goal is to offer the best products in detergents to our consumers and be the best supplier to our customers. Our strong brands stand for quality, service, and innovation.

In the position as Production/SHE Lead, you will report directly to the Factory Manager and have responsibility for approximately 27 employees, which covers the mixing process (liquid and powder detergent), as well as the filling lines. The role is dual, encompassing SHE responsibilities as well. Unilever prioritizes employee safety above all else, making the SHE role a crucial aspect of the job. Day-to-day resource planning, including substitutes, will be handled by a shift leader, which allows you to focus on leadership and production optimization. You will closely collaborate with our Manex Lead and Maintenance Manager to optimize and improve performance on our production lines.
