Your Role:

• Plan and implement marketing & sales strategy in liaison with the General Manager
• Oversee the marketing and sales functions within CM&E department
• Contribute to sales strategy development and forecast sales volumes
• Coordinate the development of a marketing and sales strategy
• Recruit, manage, train, and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy, and employment law
• Lead the planning and coordination process of congresses, workshops, and expert meetings in line with company guidelines

Who you are:

• University level of professional qualifications in pharmaceutical or medical science, or economy, or business, or equivalent
• Approximately 6+ years of professional experience at a similar position
• Proficiency in English
• Word, Excel, Internet, etc.
• Valid driving license (category B)
