We are seeking a experienced IT Functional System Analyst with excellent knowledge of GTM (Go-To-Market) processes and systems. In this role, you will partner with our business team, understanding business needs and constructing scalable IT solutions aligned with the long-term Product roadmap.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM business, IT and cross-functional teams to analyze complex Pricing and Quoting requirements
- Perform capability/fit-gap analysis, create process flows/early-stage solution outlines and develop solution options
- Guide business functions in understanding upstream and downstream impacts, user experience considerations of proposed process or system changes
- Assist in communicating the pros and cons of proposed options to facilitate decision-making, define product roadmaps and alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate across various teams and geographies encompassing business, IT, Development and Platform administration to ensure solution realization
- Assist in design, configuration and implementation, ensuring scalable solutions and seamless integration with the existing systems
- Document work related to solution approach, functional design, user stories adhering to required standards, methods and tools
- Ensure the functional quality of delivered application capabilities
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through automating processes and improve reliability and performance of existing system capabilities
- Assist colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to support resolution of system and process issues in the production environment. Utilize analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence
- Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent required
- 8+ years of related experience with very good understanding of GTM/Sales processes (Pricing, Quoting, IPC, OM /Billing/Tax/LVAS/SSP/COPA/STO/Inter-Company and GTS)
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize effectively aligned with product roadmap and OKRs
- Experience working with hybrid delivery models onshore and offshore
- Experience with large implementations supporting complex Pricing/Quoting requirements
- Experience with SAP CRM/ECC
- Experience Oracle CPQ is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
