We are seeking a experienced IT Functional System Analyst with excellent knowledge of GTM (Go-To-Market) processes and systems. In this role, you will partner with our business team, understanding business needs and constructing scalable IT solutions aligned with the long-term Product roadmap

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with GTM business, IT and cross-functional teams to analyze complex Channel Management (POS / Channel Inventory), Pricing and Quoting requirements 
  • Perform capability/fit-gap analysis, create process flows/early-stage solution outlines and develop solution options
  • Guide business functions in understanding upstream and downstream impacts, user experience considerations of proposed process or system changes
  • Assist in communicating the pros and cons of proposed options to facilitate decision-making, define product roadmaps and alignment across stakeholders
  • Collaborate across various teams and geographies encompassing business, IT, Development and Platform administration to ensure solution realization
  • Assist in design, configuration and implementation, ensuring scalable solutions and seamless integration with the existing systems
  • Document work related to solution approach, functional design, user stories adhering to required standards, methods and tools
  • Ensure the functional quality of delivered application capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through automating processes and improve reliability and performance of existing system capabilities
  • Assist colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to support resolution of system and process issues in the production environment. Utilize analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent required
  • 10+ years of related experience with very good understanding of GTM processes (Distributor Sell-In, Sell-through, Channel Inventory, Price Protection, Bill-ups, POS Billing, Pricing, Quoting, OM /Billing/Tax/LVAS/SSP/COPA/STO/Inter-Company and GTS)
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize effectively aligned with product roadmap and OKRs
  • Experience working with hybrid delivery models onshore and offshore
  • Experience on large implementations supporting complex Channel Management/Pricing/Quoting requirements
  • Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud/SAP CRM/ECC
  • Experience Oracle CPQ is preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Other Information: 
  • Occasional travel may be required
